What should be a happy day for me, is one of the saddest. A reminder of all we had and all we lost. Russ wrote me a beautiful card and my MIL sent a nice one as well. All I really want is Phoebe and Evan to be here with us, and I know I cannot have that. The hardest thing of all, is not for today...my first Mother's Day, but for next year when Mother's Day comes again and I still won't have a baby to hold in my arms.
For all my friends, family and the wonderful women out there who are mothers but do not have a baby or child to hold today, this is still your day and we all need to remember these strong and beautiful women in our lives.
